1 We design and engineer Packages:
Our scope includes identifying the appropriate technology ,
basic and
detailed design and commissioning the plant after erection . Our design
package is complete in all respects - both from process as
well as
mechanical point of view.It includes plant layout in plan and elevation ,
load data, engineering drawings for fabricated equipment, specifications
of boughtout items , piping and instrumentation diagrams and operating
instructions.Any other input required to put up the plant is also provided.
We have sophisticated design software and a large data bank of chemical
properties to tackle toughest challenges.The software performs not only
process design calculations but also mechanical design.
2 Supply of speciality Products:
Through our associates, we also supply quality Products for distillation
plants like Trays , Column pakings and internals. We supply high quailty
structured packing with internals of international standards.Combining
maximum efficiency with lowest pressure drop structured packings are an
ideal solution to many distillation problems.
For other situations , trays or random packings may be more suitable .We
can design and supply such columns including distributors,packing support
plates etc. for packed columns and different types of trays
for trayed
columns.
3 Multipurpose solvent recovery plants
Our multipurpose solvent recovery plants are extremely flexible. A single
plant handles wide variety of solvent mixtures , including
azeotropic
solvents like isopropanol. Furthermore , one plant can handle feeds with
upto six or more components . A clear and colourless product is obtained ,
even if the feed is coloured and has suspended solids.
The solvent recovery plant can be manufactured in a wide range
of
capacities and materials of construction. The cost of recovery is very low
and payback periods are usually less than six months. Since there is no
moving parts , very little maintainence is required. The process is simple
and sturdy in operation . The plant can be restarted very easily and quickly
after any stoppage , with no loss of solvent.
4 Upgradation of Existing plants:
Many of the existing plants do not perform Optimally. A plant may not
give required capacity or product purity , or the energy consumption may
be too high. It may be possible to improve the performance substancially
by modifying the plant.
We undertake such upgradationassignments. Our personnel will visit the
plant and collect all operational and equipment data. We then use the
advanced programming and simulation techniques and give you an optimised
solution.
Finally a package will be provided, complete with all equipment specifications
revised piping diagrams , new operating procedures etc.
After these
recommendations are implemented, we assist in comissioning of the plant and
demonstrate performance parameters.
